Clear Glass have a team of local professionals, who are reliable and friendly window cleaners. Cleaning is carried out on a Monthly (4 weekly), Bi-monthly (8 weekly), Quarterly (12-15 weeks), or 4 monthly (16-20 weeks) basis.
All our window cleaners are fully trained in every aspect of domestic window cleaning, and able to use both traditional methods as well as water-fed-pole systems competently.

Step One: contact us to arrange a suitable time for us to visit you at your home and complete a site-survey and quotation according to your requirements and the frequency of cleaning you choose. It will be an informal, non-obligation quote, and will come without the hard sell!
Step Two: Should you choose to go ahead, we will enter you details into our cleaning database along with other customers in your road and schedule in a first cleaning visit. After cleaning and once satisfied with the service, the price agreed can be paid either on the day, or soon afterwards. (Details of how to pay your window cleaner are below)
Step Three: When it is time for us to service your windows again (according to the frequency agreed), a clear glass window cleaner will automatically visit. If you are out, a card for payment recording the date of service will be put through your letter box after cleaning.

FAQ
Access Issues - what if I have access to the rear of my property is difficult?
As part of the site survey and original quotation, Access will be thoroughly addressed - it is rare that an access issue cannot be overcome. Where necessary we offer a Phone 1st service to advise you of our coming or arrange a suitable time when you are available.
Do you do One-Off Cleans?
Due to the time taken for a first clean (up to x3 as long as scheduled window cleaning), it is neither cost effective for ourselves or the customer. Whilst we are willing to carry out the initial clean at no extra charge, we do so in respect of the frequency agreed initially.

Payment - How Do I Pay?
Online banking: either by standing order or bank transfer is becoming the most popular way for customers to pay. Unlike direct debit, it is completely safe, as you remain in total control of your payments and you don't need to pass on any of your account details. Remember YOUR ADDRESS is YOUR REFERENCE!
- Standing Order (SO): set up either on line or at your bank/building society and can be cancelled by you at any time. All you need is our sort code and account number which is on the card we leave you after cleaning, along with the monthly payment based on the frequency we agreed to clean your windows - e.g. £30 per clean monthly would be a £30 p/m SO; £30 per clean, Bi-monthly would be a £15 p/m SO; £30 per clean every three months would be £10 p/m SO and so on..... Phone us to let us know you would like to pay by SO and remember to reference your address!
- If for some reason we are a few days late one month, we will make up the time the following month. We keep strict records of cleans and payments for every customer - if you end up paying for more cleaning than we have carried out (this is unlikely!) then we will refund you the difference, even if you haven't noticed!
- Electronic Transfer: For those familiar with online banking over the internet - save the cost of a stamp, envelope and walk to the post box! We provide our account details on the card we leave you after cleaning your windows.
Cheque: we also accept cheques payable to "Clear Glass" which can be posted to our office address, if you are out or given as payment if are in.
Cash: if you are in and it is your preferred method of payment.
